Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept guest posts from new writers?

Yes. We welcome first-time contributors with strong, original ideas. Send a one-paragraph pitch and two writing samples to our editorial inbox. We respond to every pitch within ten working days, even when it's a polite no.

Can I republish a Speech Design article?

You're welcome to share excerpts under 200 words with attribution and a link back. For full reprints, syndications, or translation rights, email us and we'll work out the details within a week.

Do you offer consulting for speechwriting or design?

We take on a small number of projects each season, focused on long-form speeches, presentation systems, and brand language. Tell us about your timeline and audience, and we'll let you know if we're a fit.

How can I support the site without paying?

Subscribe to the newsletter, share an article with a colleague who'd find it useful, or pitch us a piece. Word of mouth remains the single biggest reason our readership has grown.

A note before you write

Speech Design is a small editorial team, so we may take a beat to reply — especially around long weekends and our seasonal publishing breaks. If your question is time-sensitive, please mention the date in the subject line and we'll do our best to prioritise.

We try to be a kind, curious corner of the internet. The clearer you are about what you need, the faster we can help — and the more likely we are to have a real conversation back.
